At Jafra Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, products can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Reach out to our dedicated support team or your independent Jafra Consultant to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your return package to the Jafra Distribution Center using a traceable shipping method to ensure your delivery is recorded.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
